A whole-person assessment
The consultation considers symptoms, duration, daily impact, physical health, medication, sleep, relationships, work and relevant life circumstances. You will have time to ask questions and discuss practical treatment and support options.
Possible next steps
Depending on your needs, the agreed plan may include self-care strategies, medication discussion, signposting, fit-note consideration, talking-therapy options or onward referral. Decisions are shared and explained clearly.
Crisis and urgent support
This is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is at immediate risk, call 999 or attend A&E. For urgent mental-health or medical advice, use NHS 111 or the appropriate local NHS crisis service.
