How this service can help
A calm, thorough visit built around your circumstances.
Home visits are available within a defined travel area across Norfolk and selected neighbouring locations, generally within approximately one hour of the service area.
The visit provides time to discuss concerns, assess symptoms and agree appropriate treatment, investigations, referrals or follow-up.
This may be suitable for
- Older adults who prefer to be seen at home
- Mobility or transport difficulties
- General medical concerns and health reviews
- More complex needs where family involvement may help
