What a home visit can include
The appointment provides time for a personalised assessment, discussion of symptoms and medication, and a clear management plan. A private prescription, referral letter or consultation summary may be provided where clinically appropriate.

Appointments are offered across Norfolk and selected neighbouring areas, subject to availability and travel time. Home visits are temporary, flexible appointments rather than a walk-in clinic or permanent treatment location.
